PVC Film - Hanging Sneeze Screens
Our PVC Film range helps to reduce to the spread of COVID-19 / Coronavirus by placing a lightweight (600 micron / 0.5mm), flexible PVC shield between work spaces. Create work pods and area division with ease. Lightweight and flexible, these virus screens are modular and can be manufactured in sections to cover any opening requirement.

Designed to create a simple hanging screen between any space, our super strong PVC films are perfectly suited to creating work bays, desk dividers, check out conveyor belt runs, production line segregation and to split your warehouse into areas. Also ideal for use in schools where classrooms may now need to be divided in sections. These screens will help to stop cross contamination between people and to comply with social distancing measures.
Our "Vira-Screen" rail system intergally holds 0.5mm PVC film with ease and is built with a very tight grip and robust clamp shut frames. Each set includes a 1200mm or 606mm top and bottom rail, two slide-in hangers and two end caps, designed to simply hang from your ceiling they will cover from waist height to above head height with ease. The bottom bar ensures the PVC film hangs taught and contains enough weight to ensure a strong screen.
Supplied with 2m loop end wires and adjustable cylinder screw fittings or suspended ceiling twister grips they are simple to fit and remove (please state your fixing preference on order). The height of the wire is adjustable to suit individual ceiling and drop height requirements.
The 1200mm wide section is modular, simply hang the next screen side by side or add the 606mm extender piece for narrower openings.
Please note, the PVC screens are narrower than the rail width to ensure the clamp mechanisms works correctly and creates a tight PVC fit. The PVC screen widths are as follows:
1200mm rail = 1180mm screen width x 1370mm drop
600mm rail = 580mm screen width x 1370mm drop

If hung side by side there will be a small gap of approximately 20mm between the screens. The screens are designed to promote social distancing and to create work bays, they are not designed as a fully sealed system.
