?Clear Impact Doors
Visiflex Impact Doors are easy to install and use.
They open with minimal amount of force and close automatically. The adjustable polished stainless steel hinges provide a corrosion free mounting system which supports clear panels - available for either chiller or freezer applications.
They represent the most affordable system on the market without sacrificing quality.
Application Suitability: Frequently used within the supermarkets, coldstore and cleanroom industries and are ideal for use on all commercial openings where there is pedestrian or light powered traffic.
Specifications: Clear PVC sheet available in both ambient and low temperature grades, Stainless steel hinges "Grade 304".

Our combination of stainless steel hinges, highest quality PVC panels and impact resistant coloured PVC outer panel provides a cost effective solution to corporate identity or area segregation.
Visiflex doors are easy to install and use. We are able to provide a wide range of coloured panels to achieve a cost effective, aesthetically pleasing solution. Used frequently to denote high and low risk operational segregation and to promote corporate identity.
Application Suitability: Frequently used within the supermarkets, coldstore and cleanroom industries and are ideal for use on all commercial openings where there is pedestrian or light powered traffic and where screening or colour denotation is required.

?Insulated Impact Doors
Insulated clear vision impact doors.
Our combination of stainless steel hinges and heavy duty insulated door panels, with a clear vision PVC panel, provide a cost effective, energy saving, thermal barrier.
Thermoflex doors are easy to install and use. The adjustable polished stainless steel hinges provide a corrosion free system that support energy saving insulated panels.
Each insulated panel is fitted with freezer grade PVC vision window. The insulated panels are manufactured from blue heavy duty PVC and are insulated with 2 layers of thinsulate material.
Application Suitability: Frequently used within the coldstore and refrigeration industries and are ideal for use on openings that require a thermal barrier door system, where there is pedestrian or light powered traffic.

Used extensively within supermarket, retail, restaurant and commercial environments this lightweight door opens easily with minimal resistance.
180 degree swing hardware requires minimal maintenance and is a commercial aesthetically pleasing door system. It provides years of durable, dependable operation and offers excellent value for money.
Application Suitability: Frequently used within the food, coldstore and cleanroom industries and ideal for use on openings with pedestrian, hand or light powered traffic.
Specifications: Manufactured from high quality extruded aluminium section, that has smooth lines and no projections. Panel fixings concealed within the framework

This Multi-functional door opens easily with minimal resistance and the full range of panel options ensures it can be used effectively in most applications. It provides years of durable, dependable operation and offers excellent value for money.
Application Suitability: Used within all commercial and industrial applications dependent on panel type.
Specifications: Manufactured from 43mm o/d heavy wall mild steel steam tube, with a horizontal gusset plate and vertical mild steel flats to hold the panel in position.
Structural Opening Sizes: openings up to 2400mm wide x 2600mm high.
Panel Type: All PanelFlex options
Traffic type: Pedestrian / powered traffic
Traffic Volume: Light to Heavy dependent on panel choice.
Environmental Considerations: Ideal for internal openings but can be used on semi-external / external openings dependent on site conditions.

The heavy duty solution impact door.
Offering a more robust solution to CombiFlex and EnviroFlex this door system is used extensively within warehousing, manufacturing industries and postal sorting offices, where larger openings are common.
This heavy duty door opens easily with minimal resistance and provides years of durable, dependable operation and offers excellent value for money.
Application Suitability: Used within all warehousing, manufacturing industries and postal sorting offices.
Specifications: Manufactured from 60mm o/d heavy wall mild steel steam tube, with a horizontal gusset plate and vertical mild steel flats to hold the panel in position. NB. On openings above 2600mm wide the triangular gusset plates will be replaced by horizontal top tubes.
Structural Opening Sizes: openings up to 3000mm wide x 3350mm high.
Panel Type: 10mm PVC / 12mm Rubber / 10 / 12 mm Duoflex or Duoflex Combi.
Traffic type: Heavy Duty Pedestrian and powered traffic.
Traffic Volume: Heavy dependent on panel choice.
Environmental Considerations: Suitable for semi-external/external openings dependent on site conditions.

The external heavy duty impact door solution.
Offering the most robust solution for external openings, with heavy duty use and highly powered traffic.
Ideal for large openings on warehousing across industry, this door system will stand up to all external environmental elements and still provide a durable, reliable door that can be used for years to come.
Application Suitability: Externally use within all warehousing and manufacturing industries.
Specifications: Manufactured from 60mm o/d heavy wall mild steel steam tube with a horizontal top tube, vertical mild steel flats and a corner gusset plate to hold the panels in position. Many extras are available to increase the specification on the door framework and panels. I.e. Horizontal spring unit mechanisms, dome disc protection studs, wearpads, increased overlap, larger clamping flats… Please note, on doors below 2600mm wide the horizontal top tubes will be replaced by triangular horizontal gusset plates.
Structural Opening Sizes: Openings up to 4000mm wide x 4000mm high.
Panel Type: 10mm PVC / 12mm Rubber / 10 / 12 mm Duoflex or Duoflex Combi.
Traffic type: Heavy duty powered traffic.

?Duraflex Door Panels - Panel Types
PanelFlex 1 - EcoFlex
EcoFlex, all clear PVC 7mm or 10mm thick, suitable for light traffic.
The most economical option available and allow maximum visibility.
PanelFlex 2 - GenFlex
Genflex 7mm or 10mm thick PVC with a coloured lower section welded to a clear upper section.
Also available in sandwich style, i.e. coloured upper and lower sections with a clear centre section. Recommended for manual traffic.
PanelFlex 3 - DuoFlex
DuoFlex. A black rubber lower section and a clear PVC upper section with the joint between the materials being effected by a ribbed rubber buffer strip.
Combinations available: 7mm PVC/8mm rubber or 10mm PVC/12mm rubber.
PanelFlex 4 - PortFlex1
PortFlex1, Black rubber or coloured PVC with a rectangular aluminium framed perspex vision panel.
Rubber available in 8mm or 12mm. PVC available in 7mm or 10mm. Vision panels 460mm x 150mm or 610mm x 230mm. Triangular vision panels are also available.
PanelFlex 5 - PortFlex2
PortFlex2, Black rubber or coloured PVC with a 281mm diameter aluminium framed perspex vision panel.
Rubber available in 8mm or 12mm. PVC available in 7mm or 10mm.
PanelFlex 6 - DuoFlex Combi
DuoFlex Combi, Black rubber upper and lower sections with a clear PVC centre section. Joints between materials being effected with ribbed rubber buffer strips.
Ideal for forklift traffic and higher doorways. Combinations available: 7mm PVC and 8mm rubber or 10mm PVC and 12mm rubber.

Multi-purpose D-section that is used extensively in supermarket and warehouse environments to protect against pallet loading, pallet trucks and forklift trucks.
